This person will lead the delivery and growth of Schwartz Rounds across the UK and Ireland, increasing the impact of the work at a time of great need. You will also explore other ways to support reflective practice for staff and work with our patient experience colleagues to find ways in which organisations can benefit from elements of all of our programmes. As a member of the senior team, you will work with the CEO to develop strategy and maintain the health of the organisation.
